Siobhan Magnus “When You Believe” American Idol 2010 Top 7 Inspirational Songs final performance April 21. Alicia Keys was the mentor for Songs of Inspiration week. “When You Believe”is a song by Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston. Judges Randy : You probably picked the toughest song of the night. I don’t know why you picked it. It was just ok for me. Ellen : I disagree. Kara: Technically it was really well sung. It started to feel very dramatic. I still dont know who you are. Content from Wakeupboys’ channel. Simon: I agree with Randy. I don’t think that was the right song for you. Too much happened too quickly. I just found the whole thing just a bit old, a bit all over the place.

Lee DeWyze Top 7 “The Boxer” American Idol Inspirational Songs 2010 final performance season 9 April 21. Alicia Keys was the mentor for Songs of Inspiration week. “The Boxer” is a song by Simon & Garfunkel. Judges Randy : I think you are a great artist ready to make great music, and I think you’re going to have a big career. Very nice. Ellen : Beautiful song choice. We are seeing better and better from you. Your best performance by far. Kara: I think you had your moment tonight with that performance. Keep picking things you feel connected to. Simon: Even though we are only 2 in, that was the best of the night. The difference between you and the first performance is staggering because that was sincere, it was emotional. I thought that was absolutely brilliant.

www.American-Idol-HD.com They make fun of Casey, like hes a soap opera star. They mock his laugh. And his hair! Tonight, its just Casey and his guitar. Theres a cello on stage with him. Wow. Very tender, emotional vocal. He doesnt have a perfect voice, but it adds character to the song. It kicks in on the second verse. I like this a lot. Ok, Im getting a little chill here, people. Wonderful. Casey, REALLY needed a performance like this. Randy says, I love that you were playing acoustic, love the sensitive vibe, impressed that you took that leap, youve got this blues exterior, it wasnt the perfect vocal, but I really felt you. Ellen says, That to me was your best performance to date, so soulful. It was a beautiful arrangement, I wanted to feel you pour yourself into a song, and you did. Kara says, You showed vulnerability, it was tasteful, its showing depth, thats what I wanted to seei think you can do more still. Simon says, I think it was the best performance of the night so far. Week to week change has been ginormousim very very impressed with you tonight. Ryan tries to pull something personal out of Casey, he ask him what he was thinking about during the song. Thinking about being a jealous guy, Casey answers. Shot down! Aaron Kelly Long and Winding Road Very bland.
