So You Think You Can Dance: Chelsea & Mark

Hollywood 411′s Chris Harrison talks to SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE finalists Chelsea Hightower and Mark Kanemura about their departures from the show.

Ten Funniest Sitcoms Ever

10. Three’s Company. Premiered in the 1970s when the show’s content was considered shocking. A guy who lived with two girls was taboo. Very much taboo.

The Dick Van Dyke Show. Who hasn’t heard of this show? And for those fortunate enough to watch it in it’s prime. It is well deserving of it’s position in this list.

8. Arrested Development. A newer show created by Ron Howard. Based on the lives of the once wealthy Bluth family. Very funny and unfortunately did not last a very long time on the air.

It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia. Hilarious show with very entertaining characters and interesting stories. The plotlines of this show are much deeper than most comedies out there.

Six. I Love Lucy. Possibly the most popular sitcom of all time. Since first airing in 1951, the reruns of this show have been non-stop.

Five. Curb Your Enthusiasm. From the creator of Seinfeld, Larry David, is brilliant when playing his selfish and grossly politically incorrect alter ego. Very profane language.

Four. The Simpsons. Yes, it’s a cartoon. But a cartoon that has been making us all laugh for 20 odd years.

All In The Family. Another one of the classics that opened more doors for other sitcoms. Incredibly funny but they did so with intelligence rather than cheap shots.

Seinfeld. Ensured to become a classic, this television show was hot right out of the gates all the way until the final episode where the final line of the show just happened to be the very first line on the very first episode; these details are what made this show so funny.

The Honeymooners. How funny can 4 characters in a kitchen be? Apparently, very funny. Insanely funny in fact and this show is still being aired on television for that very fact.

Glam Up Your Personal Checks with Vintage Pin-Up Girls

There is nothing quite as glamorous as the 1940′s pin-up girls of old Hollywood. If you love retro-inspired images and want to glamorize your personal checks, then you should consider buying checks that contain gorgeous illustrations of the fabled pin-up girls. Not only are they beautiful images, but they are also memorable.

WWII was raging in the 1940′s, but Hollywood was alive and well. The beautiful pin-up girls of that time period appeared on calendars, magazines, and playing cards. They were gorgeous, alluring, and sexy. With their perfect looks, beautiful clothing, and come-hither smiles, they were not jus sex symbols-they were stars. Men and women alike loved them.

Being a movie star during that time did not always mean that the woman was also going to be a pin-up girl. Actually, although the star might be beautiful, it took a little something extra for a woman to be a pin-up girl and to be desired. She also needed to have a glamorous air about her as well as something that distinguished her from other women. Images of pin-up girls were mass produced and had wide appeal and therefore there also needed to be something accessible about her as well.

One of the earliest pin-up girls was Betty Grable. You could find her posters “pinned up” in soldiers’ lockers during the War. Another popular pin-up girl was the Gibson girl, who was actually an illustration. Other fashionable pin-up girls of the 1940s consisted of Jane Russell, Carmen Miranda, Lana Turner, Veronica Lake, Rita Hayworth, and Ava Gardner. In the 1950s, Betty Page, became one of the most popular pin-up girls of all time. Today, merchandise containing her image can still be bought, even though many of her modern fans were not even alive during her glory days.

Even though pin-up girls still exist today, an argument exists that they no longer contain the allure and style of the women of the past. Although posters can be obtained of most of the popular female movie and televisions stars and supermodels, the sexy sirens of the past are gone.

If you would like your personal bank checks to have a little something extra then the pin-up girls checks and their vintage ambiance might be the checks for you. They come in 4 rotating images so each beautiful girl will be different from the one before her. Not only are these checks good looking, but they can say loads about your individuality and style.

If you purchase your checks online from a site you can save as much as 50% off the cost that your local bank might have charged you. The Internet is a great place to purchase bank checks anyway because you have a wide assortment to choose from. You can expect to receive your checks in around 5 days. Just remember to have your routing number and checking account number on hand when you place your order.

Before you order pin up checks, go to PinUpChecks.net to find coupon codes and to save up to 50% off your next purchase of pin up girl checks.
