How To Effortlessly And Quickly Read Their Mind

Here is a powerful set of skills that are based on simple psychology, body language, and facial expressions that will convince almost anybody you meet that you have powerful psychic skills. You can use this with any conversation, but in this article we’ll be focusing on using it to have fun at parties. It’s a great party trick that make everybody want to talk to you.

The initial detail you’ll need to do is to calibrate somebody. Calibration is a term that simply means to pay attention to somebody’s body language or facial expressions when they are saying something that you know is either true or untrue, or if they are thinking of certain person. Basically it means asking them a question, and then matching up their answers with their facial expressions and body language. Law enforcement are particularly good at this talent.

For instance, get them to utter something that you understand is not correct, and scrutinize where their eyes go. Look at where they glimpse when they give you the bogus answer. Now ask them a question that you know they will give a truthful answer to, and scrutinize where their eyes go. Odds are they will go to two distinctive places, one when they tell the reality, and one when they tell a lie. Commonly speaking, people will look up and to the right when they are telling the truth, and up and to the left when they are telling a fib. But be sure to calibrate them, as not all people are the same.

Now that you’ve got them “calibrated,” you can commence asking them questions, and tell them you can interpret their mind and know if they are telling the truth or lying. Even if you miss a couple, you’ll be much advanced than fifty percent, which will astonish most people. Some folks find that this is a valuable skill to use within a relationship, but I’ll leave that up to you.

A different secret is to get them to think of two distinctive people. It helps it it’s one person they aren’t particularly fond of, liken ex boyfriend or girlfriend, and one person they exceedingly like. Again, by watching their facial expressions, you’ll know when they are wondering of either person. Then just ask them simple questions, like “Who is taller?” or “Who did you meet first?” or other simple ones. Then you can simply tell who they are thinking of based on their facial expressions.

This secret works most excellent with individuals that you are already friends with, as when we first come across people, we tend to keep our unconscious facial expressions somewhat guarded, so people can be a little difficult to read at first. But with your friends, this can be a superb party trick that will promptly have you at the center of attention at any event or social gathering.

The Awe-inspiring Vanishing Ace Of Diamonds

Here is a great card trick that is based largely in misdirection. It requires a little bit of set up, but with only a few minutes practice you should be able to effectively perform this successfully in front of any audience. This is a big hit with kids, as it doesn’t require any special sleight of hand moves, and it’s pretty simple once you figure it out.

This is how the ploy will seem to your shocked audience. You take three Aces: Spades, Clubs, and Diamonds. You hold them out, showing them to the audience. Then you set them on top of the deck, and rearrange and cut the deck several times, ensuring that they have been uniformly dispersed.

You then ask a volunteer to come up and hunt for the Ace of Diamonds. They will explore in vain, as they won’t be able to unearth it. If you like, you can get another audience member to come up and search, but they too will be unsuccessful. Then you pull the Ace of Diamonds out of your shirt pocket. (Or your back pocket, or shoe, or wherever.)

Here’s how to set the trick up. First discover all the Aces. Then put the Ace of Diamonds in your pocket (or shoe or wherever) beforehand. Then rest the other Aces on top of the deck. When you pull the three Aces off the top, and fan them out, make sure to hold the Ace of Hearts in the heart. If you place both other cards on either side of the Ace of Hearts, it will look like the Ace of Diamonds to the audience.

How you word this is important. If you bring up beforehand that you are going to make the Ace of Diamonds vanish, they will be looking much more intimately. But if you just start of by telling what you are doing, and then name the three cards (Ace of Clubs, Spades, and Diamonds) they will likely believe you, and not stare too closely at the three cards.

One way that can extremely help is as you are shuffling and cutting the deck, is to convey some long winded story about how diamonds have some kind of delightful power, and in the old days when they were choosing the shapes for cards, they almost didn’t choose diamonds because people were always stealing them, or they were always disappearing or something. That way, when they start thinking about the Ace of Diamonds, it will already be concealed someplace in the deck, or so they suppose. Have fun with this trick.

The Grand Extrasensory Projection Trick

This is a great up close magic trick that will quickly easily convince anybody that you have powerful psychic powers. It works great on both strangers as well as close friends, and you can do this at parties, bars or even people off the street if you are bold enough. The greatest part about this trick is that it is completely self working, meaning that you don’t have to do any sleight of hand or anything. This works of sheer mathematical probability, so even a five year old could do this trick.

Here’s how the deception seems to your soon so be mesmerized audience. You tell them that you have lately learned some authoritative skills of psychic projection. You can place thoughts clandestinely in their mind. Of course, they don’t trust you, and they ask for a display, to which you luckily oblige.

You pull out a normal deck of cards, and open up the cards so that only you can see the cards. You spend a significant amount of psychic power looking at the cards, and looking at your buddy. Then you put the cards back into a normal stack, and tell the person to decide on any two cards, without naming the suit. Like ace, and queen, or ten and three, for example.

Once they decide their two cards, you search through the deck, and show them that the two cards they chose are right next to each other. They will be stunned, and likely ask you to do this trick again. You go through the motions of looking at the cards, and projecting the numbers into their heads. Once again they choose two cards, and once again you show them their two cards are right next to each other in the deck.

The rationale this always works is due to sheer mathematical probability. Since they aren’t naming the suit of the card, and only the number, there is about a ninety percent likelihood that any two cards they pick will be next to each other, since when they choose two cards, their actually choosing eight (two cards of four suits each). And just utter mathematics, the chances of any two of any eight cards in a deck being next to each other is about ninety percent.

Of course, the more you talk this trick up, the better. The more you imagine to project thoughts into their mind, and go through the motions of doing laborious psychic projection the better. If you want you can make a friendly wager with them that you can accurately “project” the cards into to their head before the trick. Have fun with this.
