@oscarrs13 well those “some people” don’t have to watch the sytycd reviews? obviously. lots of people watch sytycd, thats why it’s going into its 8th season now. and us sytycd fans thoroughly enjoy pat and carolyn’s reviews. so hush. lol who watches project runway? -__-
i was so happy lauren won, the only thing i was kinda sad about was that lauren didn’t dance as much on the finale night. i really wanted to see her jazz piece with billy cuz it was one of the few times a dance was good and it didnt require an emotional story – and had a feel good mood.
I wanted Kent to win because he was my favorite but, I think Lauren might have been a bit better at dancing
I love Lauren and I loved that she won, but what I was really thinking throughout the show is “Why didn’t Dominic dance with Quest Crew?”.
@NMguy70 I thought so too, but watch the tape back again. Some of the guys pulled Kent onto stage and were surrounding him so he kind of got lost in the sea of people but he was there. I am sure he is very happy for her, it seems they became good friends during the season. I’m sure he will have a good career and will be fine.
You two are both beautiful and funny. Ellen was awesome lastnight and I voted for Lauren. She’s got a long road ahead of her at such a young age. She’s a great dancer! BTW… did you say Spank or Skank? hahahahaha
My favorite part was Ellen paying tribute for Alex, he would have won for sure without that injury!!!! Hopefully he is going to come back next season!!!

it made me really sad how they left Ashley in the dust, Alex got a lot of attention paid to the fact that he was gone b/c of injury and Ashley was never mentioned again.

i’m not saying lauren didn’t deserve to win but i think kent would have won if the judges hadn’t acted like everything lauren did was the best thing they’d ever seen in their lives. kent also got screwed over with the styles he was given; even though he did them well, bollywood and whatever that dance with robert was aren’t exactly the most memorable styles

Hmm…was Ashley in the group number? I know I saw Alex, but it would suck if she got left out. They should have put her in a chair too with Alex and they both could do some hand choreo.
i was sooo happy lauren won. i voted for her like 12 times haha. I was so expecting Kent to win. Lauren totally deserved it!
Why didn’t they redo the Kent/Lauren contemporary???
I agree with some of the other posts that Kent got some crappy numbers to dance for the finale… disco, badly costumed Bollywood, the screwy “tango fight”… but I loved that he took up for Mandy Moore when the judges had nothing good to say about her choreography. Made me love him even more. Although I would have preferred to see Kent win, I’m not unhappy that Lauren did.

Yea kent got sctrewed with the dances in the finale. Once I saw that lauren dance hip hop routine to power I knew it was over. The whole competition was a set up. It was very similar to when Brandon lost to that one no name girl
