Omigawsh I hate that!!!! I can’t believe you didn’t make it- you rock! This makes me really MAD!!!!! You are a better person than me, though, because I would get so mad and weepy. I can’t wait to see your solo- I love Apologize!!!!

Yeah a lot of my girl friends who are good dancers and on uni dance team didn’t make it either it sucked. I thought Nigel was the producer of the show if i am right lol.
Let me explain to you something buddy…alot of amazing dancers got cut…and i don’t mean my friends, i mean people i have competed against…and my buddy went out and said alot of bad people made it through to the next round…the thing they are doing is their looking for people for tv…there are looking for either a certain image or really bad people to bring on to the actual tv taping auditions…don’t feel bad dude…the fact you didn’t make it means that you didn’t suck enough to go on
now as for the freestyle, it does say it on the website…you just have to read around…the fact is the freestyle is used as a pre-audition because the judges don’t have the time to watch 2,000 solos. And the music form is to make sure that if you do make it to the next round they are able to play or song due to licencing issues…
whine it up IS garbage. HAHA.
Aww the end of this video made me feel like crying especially when you mentioned the messages you’ve got, I’m really sorry, it sucks you didn’t get to do your solo (I can’t wait too see it) don’t give up, you know you are an amazing dancer, I love you corey. <3

Im really mad for what happened to you, I mean, I understand that they have to do the selection process as quick as they can, but is not fair! Even a profesional has to practice a routine, so they should take the time to see the already prepared routines. oh! and another very important thing, they have to learn to treat people with respect; If you don’t make it, at least make the overall experience something nice to remember.

Yeah. So I guess next time, he’s going to have to come out and dance super horrible or something, just so the producers will put him on as a “crappy” dancer.
I wonder if they do a similar thing for American Idol and America’s Got Talent? Because both of those are entrywise as big as this.
Not being seen by the judges at the beginning is standard with these shows… I know for a fact that the Idol try outs you go to producers first… the only difference is that you still get to sing a song that you chose. Not being able to do what you prepared is kinda crappy… At the same time they are trying to see if you are versatile… but still they should think of the fact that people are preparing things to do. I’m not surprised by what happened to you, but I think it is sucky.

fucking fagets (excusing me for my language) but you shoulda won….i mean like you saved all that money and all the time to dance and go to the dance and they make ua pick a random song and dance to it…..thats just mad stupid…you shoulda been picked even tho u didn’t do as well as u thought….SUE THEM!!!

Corey, the process was outlined in the paperwork you filled out at the first table. I know you wanted to do your minute-long solo, but with a total of 850 dancers to be auditioned in one day, and taking the music and judging processes into account, giving every auditionee a solo straight out of the gate would have taken over 42 hours. The people who were selected from the groups did then go on to do their solos in front of the TV judges the very next day.

woW, well thanks for the story i guess it helps out the ppl who were thinking of auditioning, sucks they they treated you like crap…and the thing about the judges not being there was just confusing
