As Adam before her, who “Lost” to Kris Allen yet I still considered the American Idol, Crystal losing to Lee is just as laughable — before Idol comes back they should re-consider their voting system to make it fair. But to me, Crystal Bowersox (Mamasox) is the new “American Idol”) Congrats, Crystal!

@er9421 – Your absolutly right, Lee is good don’t get me wrong, but I think Crystal was way better, I don’t want to say she deserved it more, but honestly I really think she did. Doesn’t matter though, because she has exposure and if she wants to keep up with it she could be great, whereas I have seen people who have won American Idol, then their music career just flopped. SO Good for Crystal keep it up!

She’s the only contestant in this season who has taken risks and shown versatility in song choices and style – blues, gospel, country, soul, rock. She was very into the each song she chose. Its the trademark of an artist.
There’s no comparison to her — all of the reas are amateurs. Seriously.

@rloke – I agree wholeheartedly. She is amazing! I would truely pay to see her in concert, and buy her CD, and I can’t say that for any of the other contestants. She is very versitile, she can play anything, and thats good because it expands her fan base. *highfive*
@rloke You are so right. Crystal is the real deal. Simon hit right on the head with his comment that Crystal is a serious artist. All the other contestants paled in comparison. And I thought Kara was way off the mark with her comments about Crystal having walls up. Starting with the Hollywood audition right through to her final performance I could feel the passion.
