www.American-Idol-HD.com They make fun of Casey, like hes a soap opera star. They mock his laugh. And his hair! Tonight, its just Casey and his guitar. Theres a cello on stage with him. Wow. Very tender, emotional vocal. He doesnt have a perfect voice, but it adds character to the song. It kicks in on the second verse. I like this a lot. Ok, Im getting a little chill here, people. Wonderful. Casey, REALLY needed a performance like this. Randy says, I love that you were playing acoustic, love the sensitive vibe, impressed that you took that leap, youve got this blues exterior, it wasnt the perfect vocal, but I really felt you. Ellen says, That to me was your best performance to date, so soulful. It was a beautiful arrangement, I wanted to feel you pour yourself into a song, and you did. Kara says, You showed vulnerability, it was tasteful, its showing depth, thats what I wanted to seei think you can do more still. Simon says, I think it was the best performance of the night so far. I watched this on TV.. and now listening to it for the 20th time at LEAST
This song had me in tears. This is my favorite Lennon song.. and now Mr. James has done the best remake. I’ll listen to this til I go to sleep tonight. And a note to those comparing his voice to other famous artists.. I definitely hear Seger and definitely a bit of Vedder. I’ve always heard, & read that Lennon was an egomaniac about his talent, so maybe he would truly be a ‘jealous guy’ tonight after that performance.

This song is great (just about any Beatles song is) and Casey James pulled it off. I’ve always thought Casey james was super attractive and hot, but this performace just made me gain more respect for his as an artist. He really moved me and I thought he sang it beautifully with a lot of emotion.
